About the program

Undivided attention, customized program tailored towards the needs of the client.  All ages are welcome for our 1-on-1 Personal Training. The sessions can be expected to go about 60 minutes and are done with the full attention of the coach, with a program individualized and tailored towards their specific needs. Whether it be a skill you’d like to learn (Olympic Lifting, Strongman, technique, etc.) or you want a great workout this is for you!
