Our Personal Training programs are designed to give you our undivided attention, and a customized program tailored towards your individual needs. 1-on-1 Training Sessions can be expected to go about 60 minutes and are designed to meet your goals your goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, general health, or to keep you prepared for any competition, on or off the playing fields.
