We offer four different training options depending on your needs and what you are looking for.
- 1-on-1 Personal Training: Looking to jump-start your health? Personal training at Spectrum involves undivided 1-on-1 attention with a plan that is specific to you and tailored towards your goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance or general health.
- Semi-Private: Similar to Personal Training, workouts are with other individuals and can be expected to be more independent for the client as the coaches bounce around from client to client.
