    Lori Goodman

    Parent

Coach Bobby’s enthusiasm is motivating and contagious. They call him “Fun Bobby” because kids don’t realize they are working out, getting healthier and stronger. My kids don’t ask if they are going to the gym today. They ask, “Do we have Fun Bobby today?” Coach Bobby figured out what made my kids move and created workouts/games to keep up their energy.

    Parent

Bobby has been a great trainer and outlet for my daughter and her friends. He spends the time learning about them and their individual needs. When one of them wants to do more core, he listens and adds more core. He is knowledgeable about the sports they play and what would make them stronger to protect them when they are playing basketball or swimming. He also makes the workout fun! Maddie looks forward to it every week!

What type of P.E. equipment is needed?

Can my child attend alone or do they need a parent involved?

The child can do the classes alone so long as they are able to follow directions, listen to the instructor and make an effort to perform the activities. The parent is more than welcome to listen in or join the session with their child!

What will my child learn with P.E. at Home?

Our main objective is to educate each child how to live a happy, healthy lifestyle and to have a positive experience with physical exercise to create productive habits that they can use throughout high school, college and in the workforce.
